Critical Situation at Indie Wiretap HQ*

by Aaron on January 14, 2012

Somewhere, USA – A recent flood has hit the Indie Wiretap headquarters causing catastrophic damage to the company’s mainframe and infrastructure. This natural calamity may halt production of articles as the site looks to recover and mitigate what is sure to be a rapid decline in numbers of posts. This comes at the worst time as the brand was beginning to become a household name and boasted a great deal of production in the quantity of posts.

Indie Wiretap could not be reach for comment, but sources have confirmed that the situation is pretty fucking bad. Computers have been damaged, indie hipster kids have lost their work, and the building for the brand itself has been shaken to its very core. Those of us reporting on the story hope for the safe return of the blog and the kids that make it possible.

It is difficult to say why this publication was the only one affected by this natural disaster or why the flood itself has not been reported in the news, but we can only assume a vast government coverup. Indie Wiretap’s willingness and ability to be the sole establishment ballsy enough to report the flood happening right under our noses is a testament to their integrity. Expect more sources to come forth and report the horrible outcomes brought about by the flood.

Stay tuned for more information on the flood and the future of Indie Wiretap.

*Of course there is no flood. It’s been a crazy few days and I have not been able to find the time/motivation to come up with any sort of unique idea. There is also kind of a dead spot in new releases for the next few days. Expect this temporary lull to lift very soon and thanks for reading.
